PN pow. progów, rozliczenie kosztorysowe. Wykonawca podał w kosztorysie ofertowym
wartość netto : - 8 714885,37
warowność brutto : - 10 632 160,15
Natomiast w Formularzu oferty
cena netto : - 8 714 885,37 PLN ( na podstawie Kosztorysu ofertowego)
powiększona po podatek Vat 23 % w wysokości 2 004 423,64
cena brutto: - 10 719 309,01
Wychodzi na to, że w kosztorysie ofertowym do ceny netto doliczono vat 22% , natomiast w formularzu ofertowym 23%. Czy przypadkiem oferta nie jest do odrzucenia bo zwiera błędy w obliczeniu ceny? Niestety tez pilne.
